Sukkot Volunteers sorted by catagory.  This is the information collected when each person registered.  Note that in some cases, the "Leader" checkbox is checked.  This indicates that this person check that he would be interested in leading that task.  If YOU are coordinating that task, these persons might be the ones who would be most willing to assist you.  < Excel >

Sukkot Volunteers sorted by name.  This list will allow you to see what all a person has volunteered for.  If they've volunteered for many taskes, they may not have time to fulfill their responsibility in your task area.< Excel >

Sukkot Comments.  This information is helpful in determining a person's level of interest.  Oftentimes registrants indicate when they will arrive / depart the festival and if they have any physical restraints.  They may also indicate they are new to the festival or that they want to help alongside another person. < Excel >

Sukkot Help List - this is a chart on which we have listed all the tasks along with the task leader/coordinator and those who have been contacted to help in that task.  This list will be updated as YOU supply the information. This will help you to see what task areas are fully staffed.

Setup Schedule - the schedule of when various aspects of the Auditorium need to be set up as well as meeting rooms and other tasks

Registration / Resource Room Schedule - the schedule of when these two services will be open.  Use this info to help schedule your helpers.
